GNU Parallel#
GNU parallel is a command-line driven utility for Linux and other Unix-like operating systems which allows the user to execute shell scripts or commands in parallel. You can read more about at the gnu.org/software/parallel.
The Parallel module on the HPC#
The Parallel module can be loaded into your environment with the following command:
$ module add parallel
The Parallel module is available on ARC3 and ARC4:
