Recommended usage

Although a system Python module is available, we do not recommend using it directly for research workflows. Instead, we recommend using Python within a Conda environment managed through the provided Miniforge module.

Conda environments allow you to manage Python versions and package dependencies for individual projects, helping to keep research workflows reproducible and avoid dependency conflicts.
